ACS Doha Celebrates Record Number of IB Diploma Recipients and more than 177 University Acceptances for the Class of 2026.
Doha, Qatar – 7 July 2026:
ACS Doha International School, an Artemis Education school, is pleased to announce the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme results for its most recent graduating cohort. The Class of 2026 represents one of the school’s most diverse graduating cohorts, comprising of 78 students across the school’s IB Diploma Programme, IB Courses and US High School Diploma pathways. Collectively, graduates have received more than 177 university offers from institutions around the world, alongside 6 students who received more than USD 5.5 million (more than QAR 20,000.000) in scholarship awards, reflecting both the breadth of opportunities available to students and the personalized support they receive throughout their academic journey.
Students achieved a broad range of individual successes, with the highest score in the cohort reaching 38 points. More significantly, 29 students successfully earnt the Diploma – the highest number of Diploma awardees in ACS Doha’s history, underscoring the determination and resilience of the Class of 2026.
The IB Diploma Programme requires students to study six subject groups, complete an extended essay, a theory of knowledge course, and creativity, activity, and service component. Each subject is graded from 1 to 7, with a maximum diploma score of 45.
Underpinned by expert teaching, personalized support and a globally focused curriculum, ACS Doha’s IB Diploma Programme equips students with the knowledge, skills and resilience needed to pursue their aspirations beyond school. Students receive comprehensive support from academic, examinations and university counselling teams, ensuring they are well prepared for higher education and future career success.

Alongside their academic achievements, the Class of 2026 has secured an impressive range of university acceptances from around the world, receiving over 177 offers from leading institutions across the United Kingdom, North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. As such, ACS graduates will now progress to a diverse range of institutions and programs that reflect their individual strengths, interests and ambitions.
Among the highlights, ACS Doha graduates will go on to attend higher education institutions including King’s College London, the University of Manchester, the University of Bristol (all Russell Group universities), the University of Toronto, the University of British Columbia, Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, Georgetown University in Qatar, Northwestern University in Qatar and the University of Sydney, reflecting the diverse aspirations and international outlook of ACS Doha graduates.
These university destinations highlight the personalized pathways available to ACS Doha students and the comprehensive guidance they receive throughout their higher education journey.
In addition to the IB Diploma Programme cohort, ACS Doha is proud to celebrate more than 40 graduates from the Class of 2026 who successfully completed either the US High School Diploma Program or a blended pathway that combines the strengths of both curricula. These flexible academic routes enable students to personalize their learning experience while preparing confidently for university and future success.
