Darren has over 20 years working with leading international schools across the world, including United World Colleges and St. Julian’s Portugal. He has worked primarily as a school leader coming from a background of teaching. His expertise lies in the day-to-day running of primary and secondary curricula, the safety and welfare of children, and successful staff leadership.
At Artemis Darren has led safe guarding across the group as well as designing, delivering and implementing our governance framework across al six Artemis schools. Darren continues to be involved across procurement, recruitment and curriculum design for all new schools.
Darren has a Masters’ in International Education from Endicott College in the USA. He is an accredited member of the quality assurance agencies CIS, NEASC and WASC, and undertakes regular school inspections around the world. Darren is also qualified in implementing safeguarding and child protection frameworks.
